RE North Lake Dam (3)Sounds good.
Keith and his team are working on three alternatives:
1. Making the syphon work and appealing to the city managers if necessary for increased flows.
2. Taking a hard look at the raw water line option.
3. John Rutledge is going to have his guys stake the probable wetlands to see if there is a way to snake a channel through with minimal interference. How close can it be constructed
to its' ultimate location? Keith suggested a "damage" agreement of some sort to AW if things got out of hand and flooded the bottom or damaged the homes.
1 or 2 make the most sense to me at the moment.
