A topographic survey was performed for Phase 1 and is planned for Phase 2. To augment the topo information, the file includes TNRIS LiDAR data with contours and elevations. The Phase 2 boundary is based off information provided from Michael Boyd who is in the process of developing a CLOMR for the proposed Phase 2 grading. Are they planning to flair or compress the end of the 18” pipe so the water comes out in a flatter dispersion of the flow and none of it splashes out into the street?
