Thank you for returning my phone call. When AW filed for their SWPPP
with the City of Dallas Stormwater department, they noticed that the
City of Coppell did not file for a Stormwater permit for the project. I
talked to Scott Morris (Stormwater Management with the City of Dallas)
for more clarification and he said that there are two different way to
file for a stormwater permit.
1. Submitting a Notice of Intent through the TCEQ STEERS (State
of Texas Electronic Environmental Review Process)
OR
2. Submit a large construction site notice for a secondary
operator (should the project qualify)
