RE Cypress Waters - Lake Dam Lowering Grades (4)Michael and I talked on the phone and I recommended that we simply add 0.7’ to the BM that they are using. We now have 3 comparison: Spillway floor plan grade was 0.61’ low relative to record drawings. BM 6 is 0.81’ low BM 7 is 0.71’ low. I simply took the average of these as 0.7. Since Kimley Horn is using the BM 6 and BM7, this should put us in substantial agreement with them for their final development. If they want to survey in AW’s benchmark as a confirmation, that would likely be helpful, but up to them. We will reply to the RFI in this manner with a copy to Billingsleys. Please let me know if there is a reason to proceed differently.
