Also, I’ve attached the Microsoft Word version of Addendum #1
for y’all’s use, as well as an updated cost estimate to include the
Access Roads line item. The costs for several of the general items
(mobilization, care of water, SWPPP) were adjusted, along with a small
change in the unit cost for compacted fill (from $6.75/CY to $6.50/CY)
in order to maintain the same total project cost. Originally, we had
assumed the cost for the access roads would be incorporated into these
items. However, after looking at it more closely, we felt they would be
a large enough cost to be included as a separate line item.
