RE Northlake Pay App #2 (2)Kevin,
I just got with Asa on the totals for this pay app. I understand that
you will only allow for 25% for the pumping this month. You calculated
this based on feet of lake dropped but it needs to be calculated on
volume of water pumped. We have pumped over 1 billion gallons so far
and have about the same left to pump. The volume of water at the higher
water elevations is significantly higher than the volume of water at the
lower elevations.
25% does not even cover half of the total costs I have realized thus
far. Archer Western is covering some of these costs but we cannot
afford to pay for this much up front. This must be increased to a
minimum of 50%. We will be done with the pumping by the next pay app
and will charge the rest at this time.
Let me know if this is acceptable and we will print you another pay app
and get it to you on Thursday.
