See below for the punchlist items we noted during our final inspection
last week. If we are all agreeable to these, I will send over the
substantial completion certificate tomorrow.
Thanks.
* Continue watering and monitoring grass seed to achieve 80%
coverage of healthy, green, relatively weed-free grass.
* After completion of grass establishment, complete fine grading
of entire project site, including all temporary haul roads.
* Remove large dirt clods and/or rocks along the spillway chute;
redress or fine grade, as necessary.
* Clean out sedimentation from stilling basin and end sill drain
holes.
* Remove project trailer and restore area to pre-construction
conditions.
* Remove equipment staging area near downstream toe and restore
area to pre-construction conditions.
