Issues for the conference callHere are a couple things I would like to discuss.
1. Dewatering thru Billingsley property
a. Permits required?
b. Route for drainage channel that Billingsley wants. Billingsley
thinks Coppell is to provide a drawing
c. Wetland issues
2. Dewater thru 42” pipe
a. Can tie-in be made on Luminant property?
b. 42” pipe drawings, who can locate these?
c. Contact for Luminant, Kyle Ray
d. What is required for TCEQ approval to excavate thru main dam?
3. Dewater thru 30” storm drain
a. Who has contact with Irving to get permission?
b. What is max flow through a 30” RCP? 12” siphon around 8 mgd
and 18” siphon around 20 mgd
c. Need to get pipe drawings from Irving. Does the 30” go
directly to Grapevine creek or does it feed some of the ponds in the
neighborhood?
4. Complete intake and conduit without lowering the lake
a. Is this a feasible option?
b. Water seepage issues during construction
c. Still need to release onto Billingsley land once intake is
complete
5. Any other options for removing the water?
