RE NorthWe’ll, of course work on your schedule and I’m fine sending in final
plans and specs to Dallas and TCEQ for their review and approval without
firm bid dates and such. Assuming you can’t advertise until after the
transaction has taken place, then the completion dates will have to
float some and we won’t likely make the Billingsley’s preferred
schedule. What impact does that have on the City?

Hope you had a great holiday season. Regarding the Northlake property
acquisition, as usual things are moving slower than anticipated. We
have legal descriptions, closing documents, etc., but there are still
some outstanding issues before we can close on the dam property. Our
latest estimate is closing around February.
We are still reviewing the latest plan submittals.
