FW Schedule of Values Submittal - North Lake DamKeith
Archer Western has submitted the Schedule of Values that they propose
to use for the North Lake Dam Project. For some of the Lump Sum items,
AW broke them down into measurable quantities to make it easier to
calculate each amount per payment periods. At your convenience, could
you review the attached SOV and let me know if you have any questions or
concerns?

Please see attached for review comments. The main issue is that for
each line item, the Quantity times Unit Price should equal the total and
the sum of the totals should equal to bid item amount. For example on
Bid Item 5, the Intake/Retaining wall fine grade has a quantity of 900
SF at $1.33 per SF which equals $1197 and NOT the $1,200 amount shown on
the proposed Schedule of Values that you provided. Please revisit the
boxed areas on Attachment A.
