Please see below and attached. This basically is confirmation that we
are getting the same vertical BM difference. Please let me know how you
are proceeding with adjustments to your plans or field BM changes so
that the final elevations of the spillway match the same datum that is
being used for the remainder of the Cypress Waters development so we can
verify the changes.

Brad,
We completed our level loops and found the same vertical difference
that Archer Western found. We ran from our BM 7 (@ 510.73) and then to
their BM.
BM 15 = 504.99 (KHA) 504.28 (AW) +0.71 difference
The new bench marks for the project are as follows: (BM 15 is the one
cited in the RFI from Archer Western)
BM# 15 Brass disk stamped "504.28 08/05/04" found on
the northwest corner of a concrete oil trap structure located
approximately 250 feet east of the north end of the North Lake dam. The
mark is approximately 2,000 feet due south of the centerline of Beltline
Road and 630 feet west of the projected centerline of North Lake Road.

Elev. = 504.99
BM# 16 " ( " cut set on a concrete spillway located
approximately 275 feet south of the southerly end of the North Lake dam.
(set 6-16-2014)
Elev. = 500.16
I have attached a sketch of the new locations and the complete bench
