RE North Lake Dam -- DRAFT Addendum #1 (5)I’ll add the point that this identifies for schedule what was already in
the specs. We had forgotten that there was a limit of 365 days, above
which would be considered non-responsive. Is that sufficient based on
our conversation or do we want to add in the idea that differences in
bid time will be used in the evaluation of the bids. We seemed to be
leaning towards just putting in a maximum time, not realizing that one
was already in there, and not an evaluation criteria, but we can go
either way.
Thanks,
John

All-
See the attached PDF for the first draft of Addendum #1 for the North
Lake Dam project. Also, the bid form has been updated and is included in
this PDF as an attachment to the addendum.
One piece of information that is missing is the current lake elevation
from the day of the site visit. Keith, can you get this information from
James?
Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.
