There has been discussion about having a joint preconstruction
meeting (Coppell & Irving) for the Hackberry Road Widening. Keith
Marvin has offered up there conference room near the site. Would this

It sounds like we are ready to have a preconstruction meeting.
It has been discussed to have a joint meeting with both cities. Is
