Dear Mr. Favre,
It appears that we will need a flanged closure section in
lieu of the plugged end as the project drawings show.
The cost to furnish and install this tie-in would be
$2,775.00 with a 10 to 14 day (upon receipt of order) time
delay for manufacture and installation.' '
