Regulations proposed for the mutual drainage easement. How is the mutual drainage
easement on the south and east side of this site going to be addressed long term?
2. The proposed landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation system are all proposed off site of
this development. Has there been permission granted for those improvements and if
so why can't permission be granted to permanently improve the mutual drainage
easement?
3. Construction plans will be required for the off-site sanitary sewer.
