Pumping Option (2)Keith,
Please send me something in writing telling us to proceed with pumping
the lake through the 42” line into the elm fork of the trinity river. I
would like to get all of this installed next week but I need an approval
from you.
Also, I would like to run the river pumps at the intake structure and
fill the 42” line and then turn off the pumps and verify that all of the
water drains back into the river. I have been told that this is how the
lake was drained a few years ago but I would like to verify before we
install our pump. Looking at the profile, the line drops from elevation
501’ at North Lake to around 437’ at the trinity so it should work
without a problem. Can we set this up for first thing Monday morning?
