IrvingTalked to Garry Fennell with Irving and it sounds like he is trying to issue us a letter of approval with a few caveats and an indemnification. In other words if a problem comes up,
you'd have to stop.
He said some folks said it needs to go to Council or the DCURD board which could be a killer delay. He's trying to avoid that. He clearly wants to do it to support the project but it's
not fully in his control.
We ought to either get the letter soon or find out its a big delay. He will send that letter to me and I'll forward it to you and the City as soon as I get it.
