Re Construction Water (2)Thanks Tom. They can use our water for the work in Coppell, just not
the work in Dallas.

They indicated the Office GC had eluded to them getting a permit
from Coppell for the curb cut and thus inferred it was ok to pull water
from the hydrant. I notified them that was not the case. They should
be in the process of removing the meter from the hydrant. Let me know
of any other issues.

Tom,
It appears they are using our water again. Please remind your
contractor that the use of City of Coppell water within the City of
Dallas is no longer allowed under our agreement with the City of Dallas.
Thank you.

Just got off the phone with RPM, they should be removing the
hose from the hydrant. Let me know if you see any other issues. I’ll
swing by later this afternoon to make sure it’s done.

Robert,
Just a follow-up to Tom’s email on Tuesday. Please discontinue
the use of the City of Coppell fire hydrant on Dividend Drive for your
work within the City of Dallas. I’m not sure I understand why you’re
building a pond on top of a mound of dirt anyway.

Tom,
Ken Griffin just called to say that someone was
hooked onto a Coppell fire hydrant in Dividend. They have a meter, but
Ken doesn’t think they should be using Coppell water at this point plus
the hose is getting in the way of mowing, etc.
