Flexbase for NorthlakeJohn,
See the attached submittal for crushed concrete flex base. This is
TXDot grade 1 type 247, which is the same as the other flexbase material
I submitted except it uses crushed concrete versus limestone. If this
material is acceptable, I can put down a 12’ road of this material with
filter fabric underneath for no charge. The cost for the filter fabric
is slightly more expensive than the deletion of the 4’ of crushed
concrete but it is close enough that I will proceed with this change if
you are ok with the product. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
