Clay, earlier today I dropped the Gate Key off at your office. I
left a Luminant envelope with the key enclosed with the office assistant
on the 2nd floor just inside the glass door of your offices. Could I
impose on you to do me a favor? These keys are restricted and numbered…
there is a key number stamped on one side of the key (i.e. my key number
is 2). Your key number should be stamped in the upper right hand corner
on the side opposite the eagle. Would you please confirm via email the
number of the key that you have? Also these keys are restricted and
duplicate copies cannot be made without Luminant’s permission so
hopefully you will only need the one key. We are attempting to keep a
record of everyone that has a key so that when the property is sold to
ONCOR we can retrieve all of the keys outstanding. Additionally, this
is to request that even though you can let yourself inside the gate,
that you kindly call James Howe’s mobile number and let him know in
advance of your planned arrivals. His cell number is 972-834-2981. I
look forward to hearing back from you as to when we might meet on site
for a short orientation of the sprinkler system operation for the Dam,
etc.
