John,
I've already issued the NTP. I can reissue if need be. We can discuss
this tomorrow.

Keith,
One issue I forgot to mention to you. When Michael and I were
talking about the water, we also discussed a start date. I suggested
that the City would likely be flexible but would be at least a week
after delivery of the contracts. He was anxious to start at first, but
this water issue has gotten him thinking that he’d prefer a start date
more like Feb 4. Now that I see that the contracts will be delivered
tomorrow, that seems to fit. Is there any reason from the City’s point
of view to be any different form that? Would y’all issue the NTP or
would you like us to?
Thanks,
John
