One thing we need to do is include in our project the construction of a new gate and access road to our property. One of the meets and bounds descriptions shows the 20 foot access easement that was dedicated to us during this purchase. We'll need to access our project through this area as we do not have unfettered access through the gate at the guard house. Once the project is complete, the contractor will leave the gate and access road in place for our use. Have you guys decided if you can make the schedule we discussed?
