JPM Action Items
- Estimate costs for flattening main dam slope to 5:1 -- DONE
- Call City of Dallas for final clarification regarding
permitting issues
- Check quantity of riprap to be removed from Saddle Dam
- Estimate cost to remove as much riprap as possible (Keith
expressed interest from maintenance concern)
- Send copy of EAP to Keith
- Send PDFs of Irrigation System information to Keith
- Send standard Resident Rep report format to Ken & Keith
JLR Action Items
- Testing Lab recommendations (JLR to check for email from
Keith)
- List of contractors potentially interested in bidding
- Email draft copy of contract modification for construction
phase services
Specs Updates
- Make pre-bid mandatory with follow-up site visit
- Update Wage Rates with appropriate Davis Bacon information
- Update references to Resident Rep
- Emphasis to stay in easement for access across property
CAD Work Needed
- Show Final NP Elevation at 485 on Sheet G-1
- Update fence/gate/access road details: gate offset > 50ft
from road, contractor to resolve possible OHE < 12ft, other
comments/markups from Keith
- Finalize Saddle Dam borrow details on Sheet C-15
Decisions from City of Coppell
- Additional comments/markups on plans & specs
- Replace irrigation system on Main Dam or flatten slope
- Demo existing pavilion as part of this contract
- Approval of Resident Rep contract
