Did things go smoothly at the council meeting this week? I hadn’t heard
either way.
We are almost done with incorporating TCEQ comments and will likely
return that to them early next week. That same update package will be
submitted to Dallas at the same time
Attached for your review are a draft scope for the construction phase
and a summary of the fee breakdown. This assumes you’re handling daily
inspection as you’ve mentioned in the past, but has us doing all the
main document and meeting coordination with the contractor, namely
everything but inspection. I wasn’t sure if that was how you planned on
it running, but I’m sending this as a starting point. Let me know if
that’s not consistent with your intentions.
