I've pulled this item from the April 8th agenda. I am not able to move
this agreement forward without costs. Please sen them to me for
inclusion I. The next City Council agenda.
As a reminder this project requires City Council approval before we can
commit to funding the city share.

Attached are our comments to the Agreement. Please feel
free to call with any questions or concerns. I will have KHA draft up
Exhibit 1 (The Property) and Exhibit 2 (Street Improvements – Plan to
use the Sheet Index if acceptable). I will get a current Exhibit 3 from
Tiseo (Cost Schedule). We are currently awaiting sulphate tests back
from Alpha which will tell us if we can lime per plan or not. If not we
will probably need to increase the concrete depth.

allow us to reimburse you for the City of Coppell portion of the
Chartwell Drive improvements.
Please review and provide any comments you may have. I
have our staff working to prepare exhibit 1 for the document. Can you
have your engineer prepare exhibit 2 and 3 concerning the improvements
and cost?
