RE: The Enclaves on the Parkway
Construction Plans
Dear Ms Jones:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide an 8' wide brick paver band as per the City's Streetscape Plan.
2. Do not discharge stormwater into Parkway Blvd.; regrade street or provide inlets. Also,
show direction of flow in Parkway Blvd.
3. Low point inlets shall be a minimum of 10' and shall have minimum 21" pipe as per the
City of Dallas Drainage Design Manual.
4. Revise grading plan for lots 2-7 to insure adequate drainage.
5. Address the following comments made by Howard Pafford, Utilities Superintendent. If you
have any questions please contact him at 304-3545.
a. Bore for water line shall be a dry bore.
b. Provide two 45 degree bends for waterline as indicated on water and sewer plan.
c. Review and revise general notes to show the latest design criteria.
6. Show all proposed sidewalks with note stating to either be built by developer or home
builder.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
any questions concerning these comments, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
