Please review the plan I have attached and let me know if you think
this is an acceptable solution and one we should present to Billingsley.
Also, I have attached a cost estimate of what it would take for me to
install this channel. I feel these costs are justified and I am open to
discussing it with you and Keith when you have reviewed. At the very
least I would like to work together to find a way to recover my direct
costs on this.
