I spoke to the Complainant on the phone and it sounds like he is talking about the work on top of the hill outside the floodplain or wetland area. He never followed the trucks down the
road to find out if they were dumping in the wetlands.
Irving investigated the wetland area and there was no illegal fill in that area.

I didn't know if I had to use the Non-Emergency Request for Service page or if I could send the complaint directly to you. I also don't know if this particular area qualifies as a wetland,
nor do I have operator information. If this is a wetland, please make sure that they have obtained the proper 404 permit from USACE. Let me know if you have any questions.
