Dear Mr. Doyle:
Pursuant to your attached memorandum, we made a field
investigation last Thursday, July 27, 1989 and found the
situation as you described. Some small amount of standing water
was visible and it appears to be due to the construction in the
area.
We notified the Contractor immediately and he indicated he would
take care of the problem. We will monitor the situation
continuously until the situation is resolved.
It appears that the project may be ready for final inspection
this week, but there is a chance it may be a bit longer. We will
keep you informed. You and your staff will be notified when a
final inspection is requested by the Contractor.
