Dear Mr. Lane:
It has come to our attention that there is a low point inlet in the alley behind this lot that
cannot be relocated. Our experience with low point grate inlets is less than satisfactory.
Therefore since construction has not begun as of January 15, 1999, we recommend that
you 'flip' your house plan and place your driveway on the east side of your lot as it
intersects the alley.

permit.
