RE North Lake Releases (3)Keith, We just go the new pump in and we are currently pumping. I have a guy that flew in from out of town to assist in startup and I want to make sure we do not have any issues with the pump before he leaves. Let me know if this is a problem and I need to turn the pump off. Hopefully we’ll have an answer by the end of the day. The problems are originating from the releases from North Lake as part of your ongoing project. Preliminary data show that the releases violate stream standards for Segments 0822, 0825 and 0826 for both chlorides and Total Dissolved Solids (attached). The violation occurs even with the dilution from our Grapevine and Lewisville Lake releases. Can you forward to me any correspondence with TCEQ concerning this project that you are aware of? In the meantime, I would suggest that the release either be stopped or reduced to lessen the impact on Dallas’ operations and customers. Thanks.
