Dear Michael;
The Fairways at Riverchase Property Owners Association has agreed in
the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the subdivision to maintain the
security entry area as well as the private streets, alleys, sidewalks, screening
wall and lake retaining wall, as a part of the Property Owner's Association
obligations.
The Riverchase Home Owners Association shall maintain the Riverchase
Drive landscape area and walls along Riverchase Drive. This is the same
association that is currently maintaining the landscaping and wall
immediately across Riverchase Drive
