Enclosed with this letter please find the street light assessment for Enclaves on the Parkway.
Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $1,440.00 should be made
payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Alan Johnson, Finance Director, along with a
copy of the attached street light fee assessment list.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment
of the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

established by T.U. Electric for this subdivision. Please ensure
that the developer receives a copy of this assessment and that
the fee is paid prior to final acceptance. Please provide me
with a receipt so that I can release T.U. to do the job. Thank
