Subject: Drainage Work in Area "C' -- The Enclaves on the Parkway
Dear Mike,
I have spoken with the owner, WPC-Parkway Development Corporation, and they have
agreed to pay for the bonds, materials testing and staking that was excluded from the
proposal from Rodman Excavation. The maintenance bond will actually be provided by
Rodman Excavation, we will just be reimbursing the cost of the bond. Dowdey, Anderson
will be providing the staking and Geo-Technique will be providing the mated'als testing.
I hope this clears up any concerns the City has relating to this work in Area "C". Rodman
is anxious to get started, so would you please call me when the plans have been signed so
that I can get them started.
