The Engineering Department requests that no permits be issued for Lots 30 through 44, Block
A of The Fairways at Riverchase Subdivision until the completion of the retaining wall being
constructed at the rear of the lots (see exhibit).
The estimated time of completion will be approximately two weeks from today.
We will notify your department when the retaining wall has been completed.
