Follow-up Walk-Through for Fairways at Rive]
Utilities personnel have ].~rforlll~d a follow up to the initial walk-through and found all
],revioualy mtntioned items have been addressed.
There is one last item that should bc addressed as it relaters to water and sanitary s~wer. The
screening walls and gate support feature,s should be plac,~! wh~re they do not conflict with
the water or sewer lines. When constructing a wall parallel to a water line there should be
7.5 feet of separation and at the end of a screening wall there should be at least $ feet of
separation. Tht gatt supports art bring built in direct conflict with the water and sewer
lines.
