Walk-through of Fairways of Rlverchase
Field personnel performed a walk-through of the above referenced
project. Below I have listed those items that were found to be
deficiemt:
1. Meter service irrigation - Pine Hurst - Needs to be 1'*
2. Blk A Lot 86 - Sewer clean out tOO deep 11 ft.
3. Biltmore Ct. - Blow off dead
4. 6 + 04.12 Li3~e F - Manhole has no chimney seal or rain
pan
5, 7 + 70.44 Line A - Manhole grout around drop pipe
6. 3 + 13.18 Line D - Manhole grout around drop pipe
7. z + 84.24 Line B - Mmnhole grout around drop pipe
Please ensur~ that ~ach of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
