Walk Through - Fairways @ Riverchase
The following items were found to be deficient in our recent walk
through:
1. Construction joint in alley not sealed (not sealed because
of water running through it from clubhouse side of wall -
potential drainage problem) (entry pavers have a slight
appearance of being uneven and wavy. Some gaps between
pavers may be excessive to create a good "lock up").
2. Grinding performed in these areas addressed in appearance
later by patching compound.
3. Edges look loose.
4. Cracks in sidewalk sections.
5&6. Random cracking near saw joint.
Please make sure the contractor(s) receives a copy of this list
in order to ensure that these issues are addressed.
