RE: Enclaves on the Parkway
Dear Keith,
Listed below for your review are items of concern related to the referenced project.
1. Grade slope on east side of lake and seed or sod./
2. Place section of stockade fence at outfall of existing flume on east side of lake."
3. Backfill, grade and seed or sod at southeast corner of lake.
4. Tie millsap wall to riprap at existing double barrel culvert and grade slope to the west."
5. Fill, compact and seed or sod area between walk and wall at northeast corner of project.
6. Backfill, compact and seed or sod between walk and wall along south side of project.
7. Protect existing spillway and clean rock and debris from that area.
8. Place button at left mrn lane.
9. Grade and sod median.
10. Grade and sod behind south curb of Parkway.
11. Submit "as builts" on wall construction, permanent erosion control plan and erosion control
bond.
