Dear Mr. Blom:
I received the information you faxed on February 29th, 1996 on the east slope channel adjacent
to Parkview Addition. Upon review of the field verification survey submitted, it appears that
the required 3:1 slope has been met. Therefore, the City accepts the slope on the east side with
the stipulation that the slope will be seeded and permanent vegetation established.
