Channel Slope Verification

Dear Ken:
Over the past few months, the side slope of the channel adjacent to
Parkview Addition has been graded to attempt to meet a design guide
line of 3:1 {horizontal to vertical) or flatter.
As a result of a series of regradings, the attached field
confirmation surveyed on February 27, 1996, completed this
objective.
I reduced the field notes and computed the incremental slopes, as
well as the average slope across the 21 foot wide section.
Attached are the field notes for the above verification.
