Re: Enclaves on the Parkway retaining wall failure
Dear Mr. Blum:
On October 21, 1996 the City of Coppell received a letter from you regarding the failing
retaining wall in the Enclaves on the Parkway. In that letter you mentioned that you were
arranging for repairs to take place on the wall and that a maintenance bond would be
provided. Since that letter, you and I have talked several times regarding this issue. In
those conversations you indicated that the situation would be addressed.
As a follow-up to our discussions, please provide information on the scheduling of the
repairs to the failed retaining wall and when we can expect a maintenance bond to be
provided to the City.
