RE: Development Fees for The Fairways at Riverchase
Dear Mike,
In response to your request for the tabulation of remaining fees, we have calculated that the
Construction Inspection Fee will be $16,048.76 and the Street Light Fee will be $4,974.20 for
a total of $21,022.96. We were unable to determine the Irrigation Impact Fee because the
irrigation plans have not been submitted.
During the February 5, 1993, review of the landscaping Plans, we requested the Irrigation
Plans. Unfortunately, we have not seen the Irrigation Plans or the corrected sets of Landscape
Plans. As a result of your request, I contacted Kenneth Frangione questioning the status of the
Landscape Plans. His response was that the plans had been submitted to HomeBuilders.
It is my understanding that the City has not approved the Landscape Plans and await corrected
sets for review and approval. The Irrigation Plans have never been submitted, therefore making
it impossible to calculate the necessary fees. If I can be of any further assistance please do not
hesitate to contact me.
