Dear Mr. Frangione:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide irrigation plans.
2. The sidewalk should be part of the Homeowners Maintenance Agreement because it
meanders in and out of the right-of-way.
3. Change Italian Cypresses to Nellie Stevens Holly (Refer to Sheets 2 & 4).
4. Landscape architect's seal should be signed and dated.
5. Need to ensure stacking for two or more vehicles at the entrance gate.
6. The brick paver entrance shall be lined up with the brick paver handicap ramps (Refer
to Sheet 6).
7. Address the comment regarding plumbing concern for guard house (Refer to Sheet 7).
8. A separate permit is required for both the guard house and sign (Refer to Sheet 7).
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
