Subject: The Enclaves On the Parkway -- Early Excavation Release
Dear Mike,
I spoke with Ken Griffin January 27, 1995, regarding the possibility of importing dirt onto
the above referenced site prior to the final approval of our engineering plans and final
plat. Ken indicated that this would not be a problem but that we had to actually place the
material and not stockpile it and that we would need to submit our erosion control plan.
Our intent is to actually place the material as required by our grading plan prepared by
Dowdy, Anderson & Associates, Inc.
Attached is a copy of the erosion control plan, also prepared by Dowdy Anderson.
Our contractor, Site Concrete, would like to start prep work on the site late this week and
begin importing fill material next week. Please let me know if this will be a problem.
