In accordance with your request, the City of Coppell Engineering Department provided
inspection service at the referenced location on Saturday, January 9, 2016. The overtime
rate including salary and benefits is $54.00 per hour. The minimum four hours (4hrs)
were charged to your company on that date, in addition to four (4) additional hours for a
total of eight (8) hours worked.
Please send a copy of this letter along with your check for $432.00, payable to the City of
