The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Lopez, a representative of Axis Contracting,
1) Missing Chairs
2) Fix the dowel bars (not parallel)
3) Remove the dirt and trash
The above discrepancies were corrected as noted.

2) Intersection of McNear Dr. and S. Coppell Rd.
