The only comments I have are:
1.)We will need barrier free ramps to cross at south Coppell road since we do not have a crossing at the bridge to
the east.
2.)Add a pier or piers to the headwall in the creek.
3.)Our new standard detail as of July 2014 requires #4 bars in the pavement section. You can request a variance to
this, I just need a letter/email requesting this.
4.)Go ahead and resubmit with the new water layout.
5.)You do not have to include the landscape plans in this set.
As far at the Property owners association agreement, its similar to a HOA document. Ill see if I can dig an example up.
