The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General -
1) What is the ultimate plan for this intersection?
a) The temporary driveway was approved to restrict the eastbound right turn, eastbound
through and the southbound left. This proposed plan does not address changing any of this.
This can create confusion and was only approved in 2013 as a temporary measure.
b) Will this intersection become a road or a driveway in the ultimate development?
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. There may be additional comments marked throughout the plans and
specifications that may need to be addressed as well. If you have any question please contact this
office at your convenience.
