Dear Mr. Watts:
We are in receipt of your May 2, 1989 letter requesting
instructions and procedure for flushing and testing of Line C,
16" ductile iron pipe waterline along Parkway Boulevard.
Please note that the procedures for testing and disinfection are
specified in Section 02610, 3.12 and 3.13 respectively.
Additionally we do not advise on, or issue directions relative to
any aspect of construction means, methods, techniques, sequences
or procedures.
Should there continue to be a problem with your means and methods
not being in conformance with what the City will allow, then we
suggest that we should all sit down, discuss and agree upon an
amicable solution.
